Rusty Blackbird Survey

In May of 2007 the Federal Government announced a grant for the study of the Rusty Blackbird according to an announcement on Federal Grants website. It was a small grant of $6000. Eligible recipients for the grant were State Governments.

It is not known if the grant was ever awarded. Any reader that knows the results of this grant and if it was ever awarded please comment.
